小贴士腊肉如果是肥肉就少给油。是瘦肉就可以多给油。腌菜必须得炒干水,有很浓的腌菜香味即可。最后淋点点水很重要,先一直是干炒的,食材就未免有点干,再淋点点水香味融合了,食材也酥软了,口感就很美哦!
